We loved the tropical vibe and the rooftop infinity pool was a stunning place to relax. The spa treatments were an absolute delight, and the yoga sessions kept us feeling zen. Our room was beautifully spacious and modern, perfect for a couple getaway. Plus, the food was great, especially the healthy cocktails!

Our Deluxe Double Jungle Room was a huge disappointment. The room had a persistent humid smell and was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. The sliding door didn't lock properly, and there was a troublesome connecting door to another room that let in all of the sounds from neighboring guests.

But, honey, the service had its moments. The jacuzzi in our room was dirty, and the concierge tried to upsell us to a 'budget' beach club. It felt like they were questioning our pockets—super awkward.
