I found the staff incredible and the jungle location provided a peaceful atmosphere while being just a short walk away from Vintage Cafe and Parque Dos Aguas, which were perfect for leisurely strolls amidst the natural beauty of Tulum. it's the ideal spot for those who appreciate being close to local attractions without sacrificing tranquility.

The beautiful jungle vibes were perfect for relaxation, but the delayed check-in and staff's lack of attentiveness left a sour note on our trip.

Beautiful hotel with serene jungle ambiance.
Our Deluxe Double Jungle Room was a huge disappointment. The room had a persistent humid smell and was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. The sliding door didn't lock properly, and there was a troublesome connecting door to another room that let in all of the sounds from neighboring guests.

would stay there again
The jungle vibes are real! The deluxe double jungle room was clean and had a lovely terrace. The rooftop pool was amazing for catching sunsets. Staff were friendly, though a bit inexperienced. Two outdoor pools were a bonus. Close to Tulum centro and great restaurants. Morning yoga classes were such a nice touch!

The culinary adventure at Copal was top-notch! The rooftop pool was a slice of paradise, and the outdoor dining area was a vibe, making every meal feel special. Plus, the friendly staff really made us feel at home!
But, honey, the service had its moments. The jacuzzi in our room was dirty, and the concierge tried to upsell us to a 'budget' beach club. It felt like they were questioning our pockets—super awkward.

The Luxury 1 Bedroom Jungle Apartment was spacious and super comfy! Having a private pool was the best part. The kitchen was decent for basic meals but could've used some extra tools. The surroundings were peaceful and the jungle vibes were totally on point. The only downside? It would've been nice to have more sunbeds available by the pool.
